Little Ghost Labs

Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Transit Jam ("the app"), made by Little Ghost Labs ("we" or "us"), collects and how it is used. The short version: we do not ask for your name, email, or an account, and we do not sell your information.

Information We Collect

Game progress

Your levels, scores, and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive this information.

Purchases

The Lifetime Ticket is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We never see your payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so the app can remove ads.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads from a third-party advertising partner. To show ads and measure how they perform, that partner may collect information such as your device type, operating system, approximate location based on IP address, and how you interact with ads. If you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, the partner may also use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using that identifier. You can change this at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

Our advertising partner's handling of this information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Diagnostics

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These help us fix bugs and do not identify you.

Emails you send us

If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to fix the problem you reported.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to run the app, remove ads after a purchase, fix bugs, improve the game, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Transit Jam is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
