How do I remove ads?
Buy the Lifetime Ticket inside the game. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it removes ads for good.
I bought the Lifetime Ticket but ads came back.
Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it is never lost. Use Restore Purchases in the game's settings while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If that does not work, email us and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds go through them. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved on your iPhone. Deleting the app will also delete your saved progress, so keep that in mind before reinstalling.
I found a bug.
